Who are we?
Les Poissons d'Abord, fishmonger and restaurant, 50 place Rudolf Brazda, 34000 Montpellier. This website and the “Les Poissons d'Abord” iPhone app are operated by the establishment.
What data do we collect?
Only what is needed for your booking or your Click & Collect order: first name, surname (optional), phone number, and the details of your order or booking (date, time, number of guests, items, any particular requests). No bank details are collected: payment is made at the counter.
Why?
To prepare your order, hold your table, reach you if anything unexpected comes up, and find your bookings or orders when you give us your number. That is all: no advertising, no selling of data, no profiling, no tracking across apps.
Where and for how long?
The data is hosted in the European Union (database Neon) and served by Vercel. It is kept for the duration of the business relationship, and can then be deleted on request.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure: call us on 04 67 07 59 07 or drop by the counter. We delete your data on request, no questions asked.
iPhone app
The app stores your basket and your contact details on your device only, so you don't have to type them in again. Notifications concern the restaurant team alone (password-protected area).
